For the last 22 years, the Swiss Employer Award has awarded the best employers in Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein. The ranking is based solely on the results of employee surveys. The award belongs to the employees
The excitement was palpable on Thursday, 17 November 2022 at Lake Side in Zurich while everyone was waiting to hear who would be named the top employers of the year. «It’s a fantastic feeling to know that we’re among the best employers in the country. Our employees won us this award, so it really belongs to them», said Fredy Würzer, head of projects and member of the executive board. The survey is a great way to take the pulse of a company and identify areas for improvement. Employees often know exactly where the strengths, weaknesses and untapped potential lie.
Commitment to employer branding
The family company has made significant investments to improve their attractiveness as an employer over the past few years. They were the first transport and logistics company in Switzerland to be awarded the «Friendly Work Space» label in 2015.
