Young, highly trained and enthusiastic – that’s our young driver. As a recognised training company, we have been committed to qualified specialists in the transport and logistics sector for decades. And as a result we are also actively counteracting the shortage of chauffeurs.

We train around 20 drivers every year at eight branches. The young people benefit from many years of industry knowledge and the experience of our in-house driving instructors. One of them is Antonio, a driving instructor at our Western Switzerland branch in Vufflens-la-Ville. He collected the 18th driving school vehicle in Wil in December. A brand new Actros 5, equipped with driving school pedals and a display with speed and gear indication.

Antonio is thrilled with all the new vehicle has to offer. After the first few weeks, he can confirm: «It’s a great pleasure to drive the new truck. It is very comfortable, offers many customisation options and a revised transmission, which has been expected from Mercedes for years. It’s a very nice efficient HGV that makes the driver less tired.»

He accompanies the learners on their first transport jobs, gives tips and makes sure that all the rules are followed.
